Since entering the real estate scene in 2018, Jake has successfully brokered over $140,000,000 worth of commercial property across the country. Jake has represented private equity groups, high-net-worth individuals, 1031 exchange buyers, and developers in 9 different states throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast. After spending several years with two national commercial real estate brokerages, Jake left to start Klamen Commercial Advisors. KCA is founded on the same guiding principles that Harold M. Klamen and Associates was built on in 1926 – Integrity, Honesty and Fairness. Jake has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Missouri since 2018 and is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
