Jake Iacovella

Jake Iacovella joined SRS in June 2022 and spent two years as an Analyst. He performed financial and market analysis across multiple asset types, assisted with client development projects, and underwrote 1,000+ net leased properties nationwide. Now an Associate, he assists with all the team’s transactions, sources buyers, facilitates marketing, manages clients, and continues to oversee 150+ active listings as well as the due diligence processes for deals under LOI / contract.
