With over 17 years of entrepreneurial and business experience, including management of both commercial and residential real estate transactions, Jake has honed his expertise in market conditions, lease and purchase negotiations, and client relationship management. Although new to the real estate industry as a full-time career, Jake has a portfolio of experience in handling diverse property types, particularly in commercial office spaces, from previous roles. His experience extends to condo investments, showcasing his versatility in the real estate market. Jake's background is rooted in medical device sales, where he developed a deep understanding of business dynamics and how to communicate with his clients. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Birmingham's first legally established distillery since Prohibition, in partnership with NBA legend Charles Barkley. Jake’s achievements include being honored as the Southeast Dealer of the Year in 2019 by Beltone USA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate Investments from Auburn University, which has equipped him with the financial acumen essential for his real estate endeavors. Outside of work, Jake is a father to three children, with two daughters active in competitive cheerleading and a son who enjoys soccer and video games. The family enjoys outdoor activities, especially those involving water, and shares a love their local community of Fairhope, AL.
