Jake Freeman

Jake Freeman specializes in Office Agency and Tenant Representation throughout South Florida. With a data-driven approach and deep focus on financial analytics, Jake delivers comprehensive market insights that empower clients to make informed real estate decisions aligned with their business objectives. He currently provides Leasing Advisory Services for a 2 million square foot portfolio of institutionally & privately-owned office properties and also represents some of the largest tenants in our market. Prior to joining the firm, Jake was a Regional Director at Northern Trust where he specialized in financial planning for HNW individuals and families. Jake is an active member of the community and currently serves on the United Way of Miami’s Young Leader Board. He was a founding member and past Co-Chair of LINC Miami and is a graduate of the 2016 class of Leadership Miami. Jake received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. In his free time he enjoys travelling with his family, fishing, and golf.
