Jake Ertle

Jake Ertle's experience includes the acquisition, leasing, sale and development of retail properties in the Western United States. His understanding of property location, property positioning and economic underwriting creates value for both landlords and tenants. Jake has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including the CoStar Power Broker award from 2010-2018. He is considered one of the top Retail brokers in Arizona and has represented landlords such as LNR, Aegon, iStar Financial and Friedman Integrated Real Estate. When not in the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as golf, travel and skiing.
