Jake Butterfield

Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant, net-leased investments, Jake Butterfield is known for working around the clock to deliver the highest level of return for his clients by diligently negotiating favorable terms to ensure their investment goals are achieved. Previously a Senior Investment Sales Associate at a multi-billion dollar REIT, Jake has vast sales experience in the retail field ranging from portfolio transactions with national REITs to the structuring of sale leasebacks for local, regional, and national clients. Jake received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Arizona and earned an MBA from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. Jake is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee.
