Jaime Salazar joined SRS in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. Jaime specializes in the sale and advisory of net lease investments throughout the nation. He works with Patrick Nutt and William Wamble to offer his clients the highest level of expertise and experience to accomplish their long-term goals. Jaime began his career at Marcus & Millichap Tampa, where he was part of top producing teams in the company. He earned their prestigious Pacesetter Award in 2020 for accelerated sales metrics in his first four months. In 2022, he earned the Breakout Agent Performance award, became one of the youngest emerging core agents in the office, and was a Top 10 agent under 36 months within the Southeast. He prides his business on integrity, and always doing what is best for the client. He has orchestrated multimillion dollar complex transactions throughout the United States.
