Jaime Hernandez

Jaime Hernandez is a commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial properties throughout Arizona. With more than 14 years of real estate experience and dual licenses in Washington and Arizona, Jaime brings deep market knowledge and a strong background in both brokerage and property management. He began his real estate career in 2012 in Washington State, working with buyers, investors, and builders, and focusing heavily on land acquisition for residential development. After relocating to Scottsdale in 2020, Jaime joined Citywide Commercial as a Property Manager, overseeing 30+ industrial properties and more than 350 tenants. He now works full-time as a commercial broker, representing landlords and tenants across the industrial sector. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Jaime spent 12 years in medical capital equipment sales, developing strong negotiation and client-relations skills. To further enhance his expertise, he earned the Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) designation from the National Association of Sales Professionals (NASP) in 2023. Jaime is a graduate of the University of Washington and a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
