Jacqueline Wetenhall

Jackie Wetenhall has been the Director of Retail Development for Stamford Downtown since 2005. In this capacity, she works with all the Stamford Downtown property owners and retail/restaurant tenants to create a vibrant retail and restaurant community with a regional draw. In 2017, Jackie was honored to become the Connecticut State Chair for the Public Sector, for the International Council of Shopping Centers, a worldwide organization. With a Masters in Real Estate Investment & Development from NYU, Jackie has enjoyed a 35-year career in the commercial real estate industry, working in Manhattan for both GSA procuring office leases for federal agencies and as part of the due diligence team at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, an international real estate pension fund advisor, with $18 billion assets under management. Jackie is a Member of REFA.
