Jacob Shigenaka is a commercial real estate professional with a strong background in finance and a focus on multifamily investment properties across the greater San Diego area. He began his real estate journey at at a private equity firm, where he gained hands-on experience in underwriting, property analysis, and investment strategy. In 2022, Jacob joined Starker West, where he found his passion in brokerage and helping clients acquire or sell multifamily assets and executing 1031-Exchanges.
