Jacob Segal

Jacob Segal is the Principal of Investors Research Group (IRG), a private investment firm focused on Southern California-based businesses generating approximately $3 million to $10 million in annual sales, as well as real estate investments ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Mr. Segal has extensive experience as an investor and advisor, participating in transactions across a variety of industries, including airport concessions, financial services marketing, wire and cable manufacturing, radio programming distribution, bakery equipment, and medical devices. Throughout his career, he has served as an investor and advisor to companies such as Creative Host Services, Thaya Communications, Suede AM Pack, American Equity Trust, Rhythm Radio, Sure Touch, Star World, and Haptic Power. In addition to his operating company investments, Mr. Segal has been involved in the acquisition, management, and disposition of more than $200 million in real estate assets, including apartment communities, shopping centers, and office properties. Mr. Segal earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
