Jacob Miles

Jake Miles specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets with a focus on the Utah and Idaho markets. Jake started his career with Marcus & Millichap in late 2019 and joined the Shin/Zylstra team shortly thereafter. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Jake has transacted more than $250,000,000 in apartment sales across Utah and Idaho. Jake attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. He was a member of the BYU soccer team, developing a love for competition and working with a team. Jake enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, as well as playing golf.
