Jacob Ellman

Jacob Ellman is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's New York City office, specializing in retail investment sales. He advises private investors, property owners and developers on the acquisition and disposition of retail, mixed-use and development properties throughout Queens. Jacob combines local market knowledge with an analytical approach to help clients evaluate opportunities, navigate market conditions, and make informed investment decisions. His understanding of the Queens commercial real estate market allows him to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client's investment objectives. He earned Marcus & Millichap's Pacesetter Award in recognition of his performance. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Jacob held various internships, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate and property operations. A native of Jamaica Estates, New York, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in financial economics from Binghamton University. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, basketball, and DJing.
