Raised in a real estate family, he developed expertise early, which he further enhanced through his education at USC and roles at commercial real estate firms in Los Angeles. Born and raised in West LA, Jacob will spearhead multifamily transactions in and around Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. He works alongside John Boyett and Josh Ross on Team Boyett, and together have closed over $500 million in total consideration across more than 100 transactions in the last three years alone. Jacob utilizes his extensive knowledge of investment real estate and connections in the field to advise his clients in making informed decisions regarding their multifamily properties. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Development, Jacob excels in real estate finance, investment, and market analysis. He has experience as a project manager, where he gained insights into the day-to-day operations necessary for a thriving multifamily investment. Jacob also has experience underwriting and conducting market research for real estate firms.
