Jacob Bravo is an Associate Director in Savills Houston office, specializing in industrial tenant representation. Jacob provides invaluable support to clients with his extensive real estate expertise and innovative market research skills. He focuses on understanding each client’s strategic business issues and exclusively represents tenants and buyers in the lease and acquisition of industrial space. With a comprehensive knowledge of the industrial marketplace, he provides clients with valuable market data and helps them implement viable solutions. Jacob joined Savills in 2020 from Avison Young, where he was a senior associate on the industrial team led by principal Bob Berry, SIOR. Before Avison Young, Jacob interned with the Bulldog Investment Company and played baseball for Texas Lutheran University.
