Jaclyn Ward is based in Jones Lang LaSalle's West Los Angeles office, joining in 2011 immediately following graduation from USC. Jaclyn provides clients with resourceful real estate solutions through and excellent knowledge in securing optimal real estate solutions while managing costs and risks, and a keen understanding of the millennial employee and associated creative, content and media tenant demands. Jaclyn's range of experience includes landlord, local market and sale advisory roles, with a primary focus on agency representation on the Westside. She is well-versed in representing both institutional and private clients in a broad range of complex transactions, including Equity Office, Blackstone, Westbrook Partners, Divco West, Ocean West, IAC and Broadreach Capital Partners. Jaclyn has advised on approximately 3M SF of deals (not including sales and market advisory roles) with an aggregate transaction value worth north of $850M.
