Jackie Delay

Jackie focuses on representing medical and professional office tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords throughout Central Ohio. Prior to joining Elford Realty in 2020, Jackie spent four years with The Ohio State University’s Planning and Real Estate department, part of a team responsible for commercial leasing, sales, acquisitions, and development on behalf of business units within OSU’s Wexner Medical Center. She participated in several hundred projects through which she gained experience in taking a need from strategic planning, to site selection, deal negotiation, design, and construction, through to completion. Jackie enjoys the process of matching her client’s needs with the right space or property to support the professional and personal goals of those she serves. Jackie is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an undergraduate degree from the Fisher College of Business. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Next Gen committee for CORFAC International. Jackie is passionate about health, wellness, and supporting local businesses and applies that perspective to improve the outcome of her work. Jackie is working on becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further her technical industry knowledge. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and currently serves as the Chair of ULI’s Young Leaders Group Mentor Program in Columbus. Jackie is passionate about health and wellness and brings that perspective to improve the outcome of her work.
