Jack Williams is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Multifamily Brokerage and Placement team in the Plano, Texas office. In his role, Jack supports investment sales and client relations across the multifamily sector, helping owners, investors, and developers achieve their strategic real estate goals. Before joining Franklin Street, Jack worked with The Powell Group, a retail investment sales firm in Lubbock, Texas, where he gained valuable experience in property marketing and transaction support under the mentorship of David Powell. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Jack is passionate about building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling with friends and family.
