Jack’s primary focus is representing national retailers in their site selection and overall portfolio needs across the country. His exceptional vision, attention to detail, and market knowledge, along with his robust industry relationships have established Jack as a highly valuable asset to his clients, providing them with exceptional service. Throughout his career, Jack has exclusively represented numerous national retailers in their initial entry into the Michigan market, including Ross Stores, Nordstrom Rack, Top Golf, Launch Entertainment, Vitamin Shoppe, Wag N’ Wash, and Club Champion Golf. Additionally, Jack was instrumental in the creation and implementation of Club Champion’s master broker program, which has resulted in a successful nationwide expansion. Before assuming his role as Co-Founder and Principal of Mid America Real Estate - Michigan, Inc., Jack honed his expertise while working at Lormax Properties. During his 16-year tenure there, he played a pivotal role in expanding the tenant representation division of the company. He also handled pre-leasing operations for new shopping center developments across the Midwest. Jack holds a degree from Michigan State University and maintains an active membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development and staying at the forefront of industry trends. Currently, Jack manages a diverse portfolio of actively expanding retailers, including Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., Family Dollar Stores, Ross Stores, Guitar Center, Music & Arts, Pet Supplies Plus, Wag N Wash, Jo Ann Stores, Club Champion Golf, Goldfish Swim School, 5.11 Tactical, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and several others.
