Jack Turturici

Jack Turturici serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of industrial, multifamily and retail properties in Northern California. With over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Turturici has secured more than 420 transactions. Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Turturici served as an associate broker for RE/MAX where he was consistently a top performer. Turturici’s biggest accomplishment was the sale of a multifamily portfolio, consisting of four California communities, a total of 282 units for $30 million. Turturici’s most recent career highlight was brokering the largest apartment property sale in San Mateo County. Turturici represented both the buyer and seller in the $97.3 million transaction of the Hillsdale Garden Apartments, a 47-building, 697-unit complex on 33 acres. Turturici is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. He received his Business degree from the College of San Mateo. As a former Pacific Coast Water Ski Champion and as a United States representative for snow ski racing on the European World Cup circuit, Turturici’s years of athletic achievements have taught him the skills and given him determination to be successful in the challenging commercial real estate industry.
