Jack Sallis

Jack Sallis serves as an Executive Vice President on the Atlanta industrial team. With a primary focus on investor services, his market knowledge allows him to identify off-market acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities for clients. During his time at Stream, Jack has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over $350M in consideration. While maintaining a keen eye for the next opportunity, Jack has also become an expert in industrial outdoor storage (IOS), completing more than $100M in transaction volume in this specific sector over the past 24 months. Jack was named Stream Atlanta’s Top Producer in 2021 and has been in the Top 3 for production each year as a producer (2021-2024). Before joining Stream, Jack attended the University of Georgia where he graduated from the Terry College of Business in 2019. Before joining Stream, Jack attended the University of Georgia.
