John (Jack) Raser

John Raser, often referred to as “Jack”, serves as an Associate Advisor with The Mogharebi Group, focusing his efforts in the San Diego multifamily market. A San Diego native, born and raised in Rancho Santa Fe, Jack has spent years building relationships with some of the region’s most prolific investors, developers, and industry leaders. Jack graduated from the University of Alabama with a focus in Commerce and Business Administration. During his time in Alabama, Jack was an active member of the Culverhouse Real Estate Society. Jack has come to be known for his strong commitment to his clients, prioritizing their best interests above all else.
