Jack Michel

Jack Michel is a Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Office group in San Antonio. In this role, Jack specializes in delivering strategic solutions primarily to office and medical occupiers and building owners throughout the San Antonio market. Jack joined CBRE in the fall of 2019 and in the last 7 years as a commercial real estate broker, has been in involved in the completion of over 250 lease and sale transactions, totaling over 4 million square feet of transactions volume. Prior to joining CBRE, Jack began his real estate career as an Account Executive with the CoStar Group, a global provider of information, analytics, and marketing services for the commercial property industry, where he gained valuable experience in understanding and analyzing trends in the local real estate market. Jack is a graduate of Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, and a proud San Antonio native. He is an active member of the local Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Council of San Antonio, and CCIM Chapters, and a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program and ULI’s Young Leaders Mentorship Forum. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young daughters.
