Jack McDermott

Born and raised in the North East, Jack decided to attend High Point University in High Point, NC. After graduating in 2019 with a BA in Strategic Communications & minor in Entrepreneurship, he decided to plant his roots in NC becoming a local expert in the Triad market. After spending 2 years in Project Management for a local student housing developer, Jack moved to Charlotte to join the brokerage world. Briefly grinding his teeth on residential sales, he found his stride advising investors on commercial properties. Jack’s client pool entrusts him with finding off-market multi-family and hospitality assets, from the West Coast to Dubai.
