Jack Mahan

Jack Mahan is a senior associate with the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division who is focused on the Southeast region of the United States. He conducts financial analysis, performs market research, and supports the investment sales team to help deliver exceptional client interactions and experiences. Prior to transferring to the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division, Jack worked in the HVS Consulting & Valuation division, consulting on numerous existing and proposed hotel assets in support of refinancing, acquisitions, and feasibility studies. Jack graduated with cum laude distinction from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware where he earned his BS in Hospitality Business Management and a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA). Jack was also selected to represent the University of Delaware at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), the world’s largest hotel investment conference.
