Jack Little

Jack Little joined Red Rock in 2012. Serving as Vice President of the Brokerage team since 2016, and joining as a Principal partner in 2020. In his time at Red Rock, he has compiled an extensive client list, spanning regional developers, multifamily investors, as well as several regional businesses and property owners. Since 2018, he has exceeded $100 million dollars in transaction volume with over 100 transactions during that time. While not specializing in a particular sector of commercial real estate, Jack focuses on the Homewood, Southside, Downtown, and St. Clair County markets of Birmingham, representing landlords, buyers, and tenants with an in-depth knowledge of these local communities. Jack also leads investment groups in the redevelopment of local assets in the central Alabama markets he serves. He earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University in 2018 and is a candidate for his CCIM designation. Jack was voted a “Rising Star in Real Estate” by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2016. He lives in Homewood with his wife and three children.
