Jack Lewis

Jack Lewis joined Newmark in 1988. As a Senior Managing Director in the San Jose office, Mr. Lewis brings years of commercial real estate experience to every one of his clients’ transactions. Mr. Lewis has successfully completed more than 800 transactions, totaling more than 10.1 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $980 million. These assignments include building and land leases, purchases, lease buyouts and build-to-suit opportunities. In addition, Mr. Lewis ranked 11th among Silicon Valley’s top 25 commercial agents selected by the San Jose Business Journal and was one of the top five producers in the company’s Santa Clara office. Most recently, he received the 2009 Deal of the Year award from Silicon Valley Commercial Real Estate Structures and a 2009 Power Broker award from CoStar.
