On the landlord side, Jack is known for stabilizing underperforming centers, executing focused leasing strategies that have brought significantly vacant properties to full occupancy within compressed timeframes. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jack was a Senior Associate at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he quickly distinguished himself, earning the firm’s “Rising Star” award in just his second year. As a fifth-generation Coloradan, Jack has seen the state evolve firsthand and is passionate about helping clients navigate the rapidly changing market while shaping the community his family has called home for generations. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Finance, emphasizing Real Estate. Outside of the office, he enjoys the outdoors as an avid golfer, skier, and fly fisherman. Jack currently represents over 100,000 SF of retail and office space in the Denver MSA and currently represents clients including: Capriotti’s, Wing Zone, National Vision, Sally Beauty, Allstate, Gunther Toody’s, Beans & Brews, Cloud Kitchens, and H&R Block. He also represents PostNet as their national master broker, helping guide them in transactions and real estate strategy across the entire nation.
