Jack Key

Jack graduated in 1984 from the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree from the school of Commerce and Business Administration and immediately went to work in the commercial real estate industry. In 2010, Jack formed J. Key Properties, LLC, a brokerage firm serving the Birmingham metro area and North Alabama. Jack’s primary focus has been industrial properties but has completed a wide array of transactions including retail investment and office tenant representation. Jack has participated in over 500 transactions in a thirty-eight-year career. Some of his past clients include Buffalo Rock Bottling Company, Regions Bank, DSW Cutting Service, and many small businesses and local investors. Jack provides a wealth of market knowledge, real estate finance expertise, and negotiating skills to his clients. Jack takes pride in assisting clients with due diligence, renovations, and stays involved in every transaction to completion. In addition, Jack has invested in commercial real estate since the mid-1990s and enjoys assisting his clients make a great real estate investment.
