Jack Hall

Jack Hall III is the Managing Broker of Stonestreet Properties, a Savannah-based commercial real estate brokerage specializing in office leasing, investment sales, and development advisory services. Jack represents property owners, investors, and tenants throughout the Coastal Georgia market with a focus on creating value through strategic leasing, repositioning, and acquisitions. Jack began his real estate career in New York City after graduating from The University of Alabama in 2010, where he completed his initial brokerage training and earned his real estate license and LEED designation. Prior to returning to Savannah, Jack gained experience working in one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets, developing a strong foundation in leasing strategy, investment underwriting, and client advisory. Today, Jack is actively involved in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties throughout the Savannah region and works closely with owners and investors on value-add opportunities, redevelopment projects, and long-term portfolio strategy.
