Jack Forman

Jack Forman joined Newmark in 2022 as a Financial Analyst for the Multifamily Capital Markets team based in Dallas, Texas. Primarily focused on investment sales, he is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, valuation modeling, market research, and due diligence of multifamily assets in the southern U.S., primarily Texas markets. Forman joined Newmark after his experience working at Integrated Wealth Strategies as a portfolio management analyst and The Certus Financial Group (TCFG) as an Alternative Investment Analyst focusing on various real estate acquisitions across the U.S. while still attending UT Austin.
