Jack Fondale

As an Associate for JLL's Central Valley Industrial team, Jack specializes in industrial property sales and leasing throughout the region. Leveraging his background in operational efficiency to help clients make strategic real estate decisions that reduce risk while optimizing location and workforce requirements. Prior to joining JLL, Jack served as a West Coast Sales Manager in the agricultural equipment industry for five years, where he provided creative solutions to enhance process flows and increase revenue retention in a competitive market. His experience includes consulting with business owners on implementing automation to improve production efficiency and speed to market. A California State University Chico graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Jack played collegiate rugby and served as President and member of the board of directors for the team. A Sacramento area native, he enjoys the outdoor activities of Northern California, from summer boating to winter skiing in Tahoe.
