With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, Jack’s work speaks for itself. Also a licensee , Pre Licensing Instructor for New Jersey Salesperson License After graduating from Alfred University with a major in English and a minor in Business, Jack went on to partially own and operate various businesses including: Town House Motel & Coach & Four Restaurant, Mom’s Peppermill Restaurant, Avis Rent-A-Car, and Oasis Restaurant in Saint Augustine, Florida. His consistent business philosophy earned him the title of being President of Hightstown East Windsor Chamber of Commerce for 3 consecutive terms. Jack became involved in real estate when he was called upon to help negotiate the sale of the businesses in which he had ownership. The knowledge that he gained from this experience prompted him to pursue a career in real estate. His other experiences include being the Head of Commercial Sales for New Jersey Realty. To date, he has sold over $21 million dollars in real estate.
