Jack opened and leads the Salt Lake City, UT office for SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the US for Retail specifically and the leader nationally in the NNN Sale space. He is based between SLC, UT and Newport Beach, CA. He received Top Producer awards in 2021, 2022, 2024, and consistently ranks in the Top 10 Investment Sales agents at the firm. Jack advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties nationwide and is especially adept at aggressively and diligently marketing properties in order to meet the owners’ objectives of price and timing. Since Jack joined SRS in 2018, the NNLG team has sold over $20+ Billion dollars of Commercial Real Estate around the US. Over the past 5 years, Jack has completed over 150 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $250,000,000 on behalf of various private and institutional investors. An investor himself, Jack has participated in over 25 real estate investments at the GP and LP level. He is a franchisee of Take 5 Oil Change in Utah with his partner Jared Whatcott. As of 2025, they have 5 stores open with 6-7 more slated to open in the next 3 years. Jack is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
