Jack Cassin

Jack is a Co-Founder and the Managing Broker at AIA and has brokered the sale of $700+ Million of apartment buildings, in 400+ transactions, inclusive of 8,000+ units over the last 20 years, and named one of Crain’s most influential commercial real estate brokers in Chicago in 2017. Jack is an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker, holds the CCIM designation, and received his B.A. Degree from DePaul University. Jack maintains active membership in the Rogers Park Builders Group (RPBG), the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA), the Greater Austin Development Association (GADA), the South Side Community Investors Association (SSCIA), the West Suburban Landlords Association (WSLA), the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
