Jack Bataoel was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where his early years shaped his entrepreneurial mindset. From running a successful painting company at 18, becoming a general contractor(IL), owning a well-known nightclub to owning several incoming properties, Jack developed the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills that would later define his career. These humble beginnings instilled a relentless drive to build not only a business—but a legacy—for himself and others. Jack transitioned into real estate with a mission to help others build lasting wealth through commercial property ownership. Jack’s professional focus spans industrial, multifamily, office, retail, redevelopment, and government-use properties.
