
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, Jack began his commercial real estate career at Colliers International working with some of the industry’s top-performing brokerage teams. He joined Form (now Marcus & Millichap) in 2010, just months after its founding, and quickly established himself as an integral part of the team becoming a principal in 2016. He has since had a hand in completing 500 sale and lease transactions, equating to over one million square feet of leased commercial space and $1 billion worth of lease and sale transaction value. Some of Jack’s most notable projects include King George Hub, River District, Tsawwassen Commons, Brewery District, and McCallum Junction. Most recently, he executed on the disposition of a portfolio of properties located throughout British Columbia on behalf of Chevron with an aggregate value of over $200 million. He’s also worked with the industry’s top developers such as PCI, Wesgroup, Peterson, Cressey, Onni, Mosaic, ASPAC, and Triovest. Despite his extensive experience, Jack continues to push the needle and offer unparalleled service to his clients and projects.
