Jacinta Soh

Ms. Jacinta Soh is the Vice President of Human Resources at Capella Hotel Group. Ms. Soh is responsible for developing the company-wide core processes for talent selection, orientation and training & development to establish Capella Hotel Group as best in class in the Human Resources discipline. Ms. Soh began her career in conference services before sparking a new passion for human resources. In a span of 12 years, Ms. Soh has implemented remarkable projects mainly in restructuring and pre-openings of hotels. Her professional journey has brought her to work with reputable brands namely Conrad, Shangri-la, Fullerton, Four Seasons, Pan Pacific and Six Senses. Prior to joining Capella, Ms. Soh served as the Director of Human Resources at the Six Senses Hotels & Resorts, pre-openings.
