As a former PriceWaterhouseCoopers certified public accountant, he is detail-oriented and performs the most complex financial analysis required by his clients. J.D. is a successful, well-rounded commercial real estate professional whose primary focus is leasing and purchase/sale transactions for office and industrial properties. J.D. represents his clients within the greater Los Angeles area and on a nationwide basis. J.D. is an expert in direct leases, subleases, lease buy-outs, site selection, building cost analysis, financial modeling and analysis, demographic analysis, lease/purchase/sale strategies, work letters, tenant improvement contracts, architectural review and design, market reports, lease comparable analysis and lease abstracts. J.D. began his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented a diverse group of corporate and non-profit clients. J.D. subsequently joined Trammell Crow Company prior to joining Transwestern Real Estate Services in 2006.
