J. Austin

John E. Austin, was born and raised in Greenville, SC and graduated from Clemson with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design from the School of Architecture. After running a successful family business for over 12 years, he guided the company from a service company to a real estate holding company. After acquiring a SC Real Estate license from Wyatt School of Real Estate, he began to manage a portfolio consisting of residential, industrial and office properties. In 2006, he became a project manager with Banyan Senior Living, developing The Cascades at Verdae, a continuing care retirement community. John was involved with every aspect of this hundred million dollar project from entitlement of the property through the initial occupancy. In 2011, John moved into full-time brokerage with Navarro Real Estate and received a SC Broker's License. In 2021, he formed LCM Property to focus on helping property owners maximize the value of existing properties and finding undervalued properties in the market. John's perspective is that of a business and property owner and enjoys working with other owners to find the right properties for investment or business operations.
