Isaiah is a proud New York native, hailing from the bustling borough of Brooklyn with roots tracing back to Trinidad & Guyana. With a background in banking and property management, Isaiah brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a commercial real estate salesperson/advisor. Over the past four years, he has honed his skills with a specialization in the vibrant New York market, focusing primarily on multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets throughout Brooklyn's most dynamic neighborhoods, including Flatbush, Crown Heights, Bedford Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Williamsburg, and East New York. Isaiah is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he was a standout student-athlete. As a starting Defensive End for the football team, he displayed the same tenacity and drive that he brings to his career in real estate. Following a knee injury that ended his athletic career, Isaiah decided to channel his competitive nature into brokerage. Since graduation, he has facilitated over $70 million in sales throughout his career. In 2019, Isaiah was appointed to Community Board 5 by Brooklyn Borough President (and now Mayor) Eric Adams, where he currently serves East New York on their Land Use & Housing Committee. In his leisure time, he enjoys cars, sports, cycling, and traveling the world with his family.
