Ingo Mayr, CCIM

Ingo Mayr began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 at the Michael Companies, focusing on the representation both landlord and tenant clients predominantly in suburban Maryland. He then received his Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, CCIM designation in 1993. Mr. Mayr joined Cambridge in 1998 as a Project Manager, responsible for the leasing and marketing of multi-story office flex properties in Maryland. In 2000, he then took over additional leasing responsibilities in Northern Virginia. Mr. Mayr’s experience has included assignments with UBS Global Asset Management, Development Diversified Retail, PS Business Parks, MassMutual (Cornerstone) and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance as well as several high net worth individual investors.
