Ilan Bley

Ilan Bley is an Associate at Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Ilan joined Surmount in 2022 and is currently responsible for providing support on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties for some of the nation’s largest public and private franchisors, family offices, institutional clients, developers and other high-net-worth and 1031 exchange individuals. Additionally, Ilan works with buy-side clients in identifying investment properties that match buyers’ investment profiles while providing advisory services. Prior to working with Surmount, Ilan worked at J.P. Morgan where he served as a Private Banking Analyst providing tailored portfolio advice to high-net-worth individuals by analyzing overall client profiles and producing customized recommendations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where he played Ice Hockey for their club team. Ilan grew up in New York City, which is where he currently resides.
