Ike Bibi is a Senior Managing Director at KSR. Prior to joining KSR in 2020 he has spent 6 years at RKF. Ike has extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords in the retail sphere. On the landlord representation side, Ike has represented some of the largest private landlords and funds in NYC, such as; Kushner, RFR, Invesco, The Sherry-Netherland hotel, ATA enterprises, Extell Development, Heritage Realty, JSRE realty, CB Developers, SK development, Redsky Capitol, AB and sons, and many more. On the tenant side, he has represented large national tenants like Bandier, Cellini Jewelers, Bluestone lane, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wework, and has assisted them in securing prime retail space.
