Originally from Fredericksburg, Mr. Webster moved to Richmond in 2014. Prior to CBRE, he was a Director of Real Estate Development at Guggenheim Partners (2022-2023), where he oversaw acquisitions for programmatic retail development throughout the Eastern U.S. and Mid-Atlantic. Previously, Mr. Webster was an Acquisition Manager at Creighton Development (2020-2022), and in brokerage at Colliers (2019) and Coldwell Banker (2016-2018).
