Ian McRoberts

Ian McRoberts has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, serving most recently as the principal of McRoberts Real Estate. Ian specializes in commercial site identification for tenants, including site location analysis, lease vs. buy evaluations, lease and purchase negotiations, and full project management. Over the past decade, Ian has completed more than $50M in transaction deal volume for clients including Fairview Hospitals and Clinics, the City of Minneapolis, the Minnesota Children's Museum, My Burger Restaurants, as well as many technology, laboratory and creative based companies. Ian has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which provides insight and thoughtful strategy to corporations and entrepreneurs looking for opportunistic growth. Ian resides in St. Paul with his wife and two daughters. When he's not in the office, he enjoys running, golfing, and traveling with his family.
