Ian Luscombe

Ian Luscombe began his real estate career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap. The personal nature of this relationship-driven business enabled him to close many transactions. In early 2021, Ian Joined CRER (Chicago Real Estate Resources). During his first year at CRER, Ian represented clients in multifamily and mixed-use transactions of more than $100MM. In April of 2022, Ian took on an opportunity to take on a more managerial role at Matthews REIS in Chicago. During the next year and a half, he helped grow the Chicago office by recruiting several agents in the industry. Although being a manager was a valuable experience, Ian realized that his true passion lies in the sales side of the business. Ian returned to CRER as a Senior Director to focus on investment property sales on the North Side of Chicago with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000.

  Ian graduated from Butler University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. At Butler, Ian played D-1AA football, his team winning Pioneer Football League Championships in both 2012 and 2013.
