Ian Loe

As Managing Director of Technology and Innovation at Frasers Hospitality, Ian is responsible for leading the organisation’s global IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and innovation agenda. His role focuses on strengthening enterprise capabilities and leveraging technology to enhance the guest, resident, and employee experience across Frasers Hospitality’s expanding global lodging portfolio. With more than 28 years of experience in digital transformation, Ian has led technology and innovation initiatives across a broad range of industries, including the public sector, manufacturing, and financial services. Before joining Frasers Hospitality, he held senior leadership roles within several large conglomerates and most recently served as Chief Information Officer at DFI Retail Group, where he oversaw the core technology foundations supporting the business. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Ian is an active adjunct senior fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Ian holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University in New York, USA.
