Ian Harman

Ian joined the surveying practice of Lambert Smith Hampton (then Connell Wilson) in 1989 working his way up the corporate ladder to become a Director and Head of its Industrial and Logistics department in Northampton. In 2012 Ian joined Prop-Search as a Director where he jointly heads up the Northampton office. Ian has over 20 years development consultancy and agency experience and with expert market knowledge, he is able to provide clear pragmatic market driven advice. He deals with a wide range of agency and professional work on behalf of a range of developers, local authorities, institutional fund and occupier clients.
