Ian Cochran

Ian Cochran joined Logic Commercial Real Estate as a Director of Brokerage in April 2018. Specializing in retail properties, Ian has 11 years of real estate experience in northern Nevada. Ian is the Past President of the CCIM Northern Nevada Chapter and an active member of the Development Committee for the Discovery Museum and serves on the board for Care Chest of Sierra Nevada. Ian obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008. He is an active Alumni of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity as well as an active supporter of the University of Nevada. Before joining Logic, Ian was a Senior Advisor with SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates. Born and raised in Reno, Ian is a 4th generation Nevadan and has an extensive family background and expertise in the Reno-Tahoe area. When Ian is not in the office he is a true, battle born Nevadan who enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking.
